Account details you provide (name, email, phone, profile photo), booking history, complaints you raise, and — with your permission — your approximate location to show venues near you.
To create and secure your account, process bookings and payments, show nearby venues and distances, send booking and reminder notifications, provide support, and improve the platform.
Payments are handled by PayU. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and stored by PayU under their own privacy terms. SQUADUP receives only a payment reference and status.
We share only what is needed with the venue partner for your booking (name, contact, slot details), with payment and messaging providers, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Location access is optional and used only to sort and display venues by distance and to provide directions. You can revoke it any time in your device settings.
Booking and transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Data is stored on secured infrastructure with row-level access controls.
This service is operated by Abhijeet Kumar Kushwaha. You can view and edit your profile in the app, and delete your account from the profile menu — which removes your personal data subject to records we must retain by law. SQUADUP is not intended for users under 13. Minors should use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
