By creating an account or booking a venue through SQUADUP, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
SQUADUP is a marketplace that connects players with indoor and outdoor sports venues. Venues are owned and operated by independent partners; SQUADUP facilitates discovery, slot booking and payment but does not own or manage the facilities.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud or repeated no-shows.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and generation of a booking QR code. Slot availability is shown in real time but may change if a venue partner updates their schedule. Please arrive on time; unused time is not extended.
Cancellation windows and any applicable charges are shown at the time of booking and detailed in our Refund Policy. Venues may cancel due to weather, maintenance or safety concerns, in which case you are eligible for a refund.
Payments are processed by PayU. SQUADUP does not store your full card or UPI credentials. All amounts are calculated and verified server-side; the final payable amount shown before checkout is authoritative.
You agree to follow venue rules, respect staff and other players, avoid damage to property, and refrain from abusive, discriminatory or unlawful behaviour. Any damage caused may be recovered from you by the venue.
When you create or join a squad, the squad head is responsible for the booking. Split payments must be completed within the stated window, failing which the booking may be released.
Sports carry inherent risk. You participate at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQUADUP's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
